You already pay for AI. What you have is a chat window.

What actually happens

1. I send you one prompt. Not a template. It is written about your work — what you do, and what your work is judged on.
2. You run it where you already work. Whatever tool you already pay for. It runs on your machine, and nothing leaves it unless you send it.
3. You send back what came out. Unedited. The disappointing answer is the useful one — it shows me what the setup is missing.
4. I write the next one from what it showed. That repeats until the thing does the work. Then it is written down as a runbook that is yours.

That is the whole system. The first round of it is free, it runs on your own work, and it ends there unless you want the rest.

Who is doing it

I build agents for a living — a fleet of them, shipping work while I am asleep. Then I spent a year doing this by hand for other people, one prompt exchange at a time, for free, before there was anything to sell. And I run my own day this way first.

Who I have done it for

I have done this for six people already, unpriced — senior operators at a Fortune 100 bank and at a top-tier consultancy, and a handful of founders. None of it was measured properly, so there is no number here. I would rather run one round on your own work and let you judge that.

What I never ask you for

• A password, a token, or a login.
• Access to anything belonging to your employer.
• A document belonging to your employer.
• Anything you would have to ask permission to give me.

That list does not grow. If a piece of work would need one of them, the work is rebuilt so that it does not.

There is no guarantee, and here is why

There is no number you already measure that I could promise to beat, so any guarantee I wrote would be a promise against a figure neither of us agreed on. What you get instead:

• The first round is free and it runs on your own work, so you see the thing before any money moves.
• What gets built is yours to keep, whether or not the monthly carries on.
• The monthly is month to month. It is your decision every month, which is worth more than a clause.
